Doug and I are San Clemente natives, who've spent our entire lives surfing San Clemente. In 1999, we purchased this 4-unit condo, that offers spacious decks with ocean views, is a 1 minute stroll to the beach and to our beach trail. Of the four units, we live in one unit, and the other units are our vacation rentals.

We live in one unit and host guests in the others — sharing the same white-water ocean views, spacious private decks, and the small-town beach charm that makes San Clemente feel like home. As VRBO Premier Hosts, our goal is simple: give you a stay you remember, and a reason to come back.
Locals, not a corporation
We've surfed this coast our whole lives. Every recommendation — the best taco, the quietest cove, the right tide — comes from decades of living here.
One building, three homes
We live on-site in the same four-unit building, so our guests are always looked after. It's hospitality with a front-porch feel.
Everything you need, included
Surfboards, body boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, on-site laundry, WiFi, and parking — all complimentary, so you can just show up and relax.

Many travelers fall in love with San Clemente's quaint, small-town beach charm — the kind that's hard to find in the busier coastal cities nearby. A genuinely walkable town, where you stroll to local shops, family-owned restaurants, and the sand.
The beach & trail
An 8-minute walk to the Linda Lane beach access puts you two minutes from the pier and Fisherman's Restaurant, with a 4-mile beach trail heading south.
World-class surf
Renowned breaks within walking distance — T-Street, 204's, Riviera, Cottons — plus San Onofre and Trestles, home of the 2028 Olympic surfing contest, a short drive south.
Downtown Del Mar
A short stroll to boutiques, surf shops, coffee houses, antique stores, and the Sunday Farmer's Market in San Clemente's walkable, small-town downtown.
Day trips everywhere
Halfway between LA and San Diego. Hop the Surfliner from the pier, or drive to Dana Point Harbor, Laguna Beach, and Catalina Island.
